Operational privacy draft for Live TV Streaming Service.

Operational draft — not legal advice. This page documents the product's current technical posture. It is not the final public privacy notice and remains excluded from search until the operator, contact route, applicable rights, retention schedule, and approved vendors are confirmed.

What works without optional tracking

Core pages, channel selection, local ZIP validation, browser-local city/state resolution, official lineup-check links, and policy content work without analytics, replay, advertising, or marketing consent. Optional categories start denied. No analytics vendor is installed in this launch build.

Data boundaries

  • A raw ZIP stays in the tuner and never enters a request URL, analytics event, local storage, or session storage.
  • The same versioned postal-area file is requested for every visitor; the request contains no ZIP-derived value.
  • Free-form channel searches, email addresses, names, and secrets are excluded from analytics contracts.
  • Browser events use bounded channel identifiers and aggregate counts only after analytics consent.
  • No identify, alias, profile, or cross-site advertising call is exposed by the analytics client.
  • Session replay, if later approved, requires separate consent and input masking.

Storage and retention

The current site stores one versioned privacy decision in local browser storage. It contains category choices, policy and ruleset versions, and a decision timestamp—not a name, email address, raw ZIP, or account ID. A final retention schedule for any production telemetry still requires owner and legal review.

Your privacy choices

You may allow, decline, or withdraw analytics, replay, advertising, and marketing independently. Necessary storage is limited to security and your privacy choice. If storage is unavailable, optional processing remains off on the next visit.

Review or withdraw optional consent

Before public launch

Publish only after counsel or a qualified reviewer confirms operator identity, contact details, jurisdiction-specific rights and appeals, children’s-data posture, service-provider terms, international transfers, and the production vendor/retention table.

Optional tracking remains off until privacy controls load. With JavaScript disabled, comparison content stays available and no privacy choice is stored. Read the privacy draft.
