Third-party notices
Source, license, attribution, and trademark notices for data, channel artwork, and provider marks used by Live TV Streaming Service.
We keep third-party data and artwork traceable. The machine-readable channel-logo manifest records the source page, retrieval and license-review dates, upstream revision identifiers, local checksum, copyright disposition, and trademark basis for every channel entry.
Streaming provider marks
The locally cached provider-logo manifest records the source, revision, rights review, and checksum for each mark. Provider marks appear next to the provider name only for identification. They remain trademarks of their respective owners; no sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement is implied.

Frndly TV provenance note: its current Commons licensing section says PD-textlogo, while the source summary and upload history retain an older non-free-use rationale. We use the unmodified mark only for nominative identification while permission and provenance are reviewed.
Channel and logo registry
Channel identity and initial logo-discovery metadata comes from the iptv-org API. Its database metadata is published under The Unlicense. That database license does not transfer ownership of channel names, logos, or trademarks.
Active artwork is cached locally only after its source page reports a public-domain or compatible Creative Commons copyright disposition. Channel marks remain subject to trademark rights and appear only to identify the named channel; no sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement is implied.
Attribution-required artwork
- UPtv logo by JasonForCy, via Wikimedia Commons, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. No changes were made by Live TV Streaming Service; the locally cached file matches the bytes returned by the recorded source URL.
Rights-safe fallbacks
We do not redistribute an upstream image when its source labels it non-free or does not provide reusable rights. Those channels still receive a consistent generated text monogram everywhere a channel mark appears.
- Grit: The official-site image has no reusable copyright license or permission metadata.
- Lifetime Movie Network: English Wikipedia labels this file non-free and limits its fair-use rationale to the Lifetime Movies article.
- NFL Network: English Wikipedia labels this 2005-2008 logo non-free; it is also not the current NFL Network identity.
- Start TV: English Wikipedia labels this file non-free and limits its fair-use rationale to the Start TV article.
